Breathing life into a FtiCation is more than finding beautiful places. It’s also about predicting what destination will be trending in upcoming years. There are places we travel because they have personal meaning, like the Amalfi Coast (read: how solo travel helped me find myself). Destinations also become sensations because of pop culture (for the record, we were on a research trip to Sicily while they were filming White Lotus). We also consider cuisine, culture, and accessibility for a broad range of capabilities.
The most important piece of creating a successful FitCation is YOU. So, as we plot and plan 2024 and beyond, we wanted to get your opinion on where you’d like to go next.

SICILY — 2024 TRIP ON SALE NOW!
What happens when you pair a culinary experience with a fitness adventure? You get a culinary FitCation. There is nothing half-hearted about this departure. You will eat, drink, sweat, and play with every cell in your body. You’ll even learn a few handy phrases and gestures that speak louder than words. Embrace your inner Sicilian. Amuninni!
Our flagship and inaugural location, the Amalfi Coast, holds a very special place in the hearts of our FitCation family. Come and visit the most Instagrammable destination in the world through the eyes of our local guides. Possibly our most active FitCation to date, you are guaranteed a glow from the stairs and the prosecco. Fear not! The crystal grottos of Capri will provide a lovely counterpoint.
CROATIA
We’re days away from our first Croatia FitCation, and we already can’t wait to return! From the “Pearl of the Adriatic” to a city that exists within the boundaries of a 1700-year-old palace, the allure of the Adriatic is irresistible. Oyster farms, wineries, stone walls, and waterfalls provide the backdrop for a deep dive into the Dalmatian Coast.
Future Destinations
GREECE — Spring 2024
We are currently doing research to launch our Greek FitCation. We won’t reveal too many details yet, but it will be EPIC! Water activities, wineries, olive oil, gorges, small towns, and historic Venetian cities…Details will be released soon…and we’re expecting this one to sell out FAST!
PUGLIA AND MATERA
The “heel of the boot” has long been a destination for Italian tourists, and the rest of the world is slowly catching on. This stunning region has it all: beaches, historical and Unesco sites, divine regional cuisine, and unique architecture. Ever seen a thousand-year-old olive tree? How about a house that was built to be dismantled when the royal tax collectors came to town? We’ll explore some of the area’s highlights and dive deeply into its culinary traditions. We’ll include a trip to Matera, known to locals as one of the most beautiful cities in Italy.
