Each class is designed to meet the fitness level, energy level, and individual needs of our clients. We offer modifications so each person will be able to work at his or her own pace. Our activities cater to a moderately strenuous level, but there will be alternatives for those who prefer a more relaxing experience.

Seek Your Own Adventures
We want you to feel like you’re on vacation, so you can look forward to plenty of free time. All group activities are optional. We will provide recommendations for extra activities (priced individually) including tours, spa services, shopping, dining, or just relaxing for those who feel like breaking away to enjoy quiet moments.
